Fight Fitness

The FFTP was designed for intensity and endurance. Testing physical endurance, breathing capacity, and strength. Utilizing the entire body during challenges, FFTP is designed to develop quality body movement and flexibility, positive blood circulation, and high endurance physical actions at maximum rep and/or speed (MRS). The goal is to increase breathing capabilities, accelerate body stamina (strength), and control heart rate during high endurance activities; management stress with physical endurance.

FFTP is influenced from US Military physical fitness programs and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) functional fitness programs. Contributors of FFTP range from US Army Special Forces Operators, DHS fitness Instructors, multiple Defensive Tactics Instructors, multiple Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), Ju-jitsu Belted Fighters, Division 1 College Athletes, Professional Bodybuilders, and over a thousand hours of research, development, trial, and error. The program is fluid and always adapting.
