For people of all fitness levels, this kettle bell class will work on strength, coordination, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health by using conventional, power and Olympic movements. Whole-body functional training is accomplished using various weights with multiple sets. This workout will build muscle to help your body burn unwanted fat. Believe it or not, this strength training session will help with mobility and whole body function to get a leaner, tighter figure!
