Anthony Ligammari

Anthony has worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years and as certified personal trainer for the past 6 years. He is also certified in Power Plate technology. Anthony’s training experience and personality caught the attention of MTV and resulted in his integral role in the hit TV series of “I Used to be Fat”. Additionally, he has trained several professional athletes ranging in all sports.

He has worked for small local gyms and large big box franchises. His training experience ranges from the elite athlete to his community involvement with handicapped individuals. He worked hand in hand with a local medical group on high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. Anthony holds AKA and NASQA National Championships for Taekwondo.

Robert Benck

Robert is new to the MPG team and the fitness industry. He holds a NASM certification and is working towards a Functional Movement Screening (FMS) level I certification.

Robert has a long history in athletics and strength training, having participated in cross country, track and field, road cycling, recreational bodybuilding, and powerlifting. His current interests include bodyweight training and all things kettlebell. Robert has worked with high school athletes in distance running events, shotput, and the discus.

Chris Enriquez

Chris has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 4 years. Started off as a Fitness manager where he helped grow and develop personal training club/team for over a year. He quickly found his passion in one-on-one training sessions and made a transition to personal trainer, and has been helping clients reach their goals for the past 3 years.

Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in Functional Movement Systems (FMS) , corrective/ holistic training, and advanced techniques in Myofascial release / compression, Polar heart rate metabolic training, kinesiology tape.

In his free time Chris is a competitive powerlifter and has a background in wrestling / football, and one day hopes become a physical therapist/ Holistic Movement Practitioner.

Zach Barr

Zach has been working in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer for over 5 years. He has dedicated his career to helping people achieve their goals from beginners to seasoned athletes.

Zach studied kinesiology and dietetics at Iowa State University, which gives him insight into the role that nutrition plays in achieving specific results for his clients. His certifications include ACSM(American College of Sports Medicine), myofacial compression techniques, power plate applications, metabolic circuit training, and many more. Zach has a background in martial arts which gives him a great understanding in dynamic circuit based training methods. He is comfortable working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
