Max Torque Tuesday 9am
Fit for all levels, this weight training session will work on strength, coordination, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health. This class is for the individual that wants to learn their potential strength using conventional, power and Olympic movements. The first 20 to 30 minutes of this class will involve a written workout. This will teach you how to be independent in the weight area. The rest of the session will be led by a trainer, with 45 second to 1 minute set ranges.
