A popular, fast-paced workout utilizing partner and group actions to challenge and motivate participants. Learn mitt work and heavy bag kickboxing, along with MMA style exercises.
This class has everything! A butt-kicking workout utilizing your own gody as resistance, incorporating unstable environments, counterbalancing, explosive, isometric and dynamic movements. Using suspension training and bodyweight exercises, this workout will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
