Crosstraining is still one of most popular forms of exercise today. Here at MPG, we have multiple classes for men and women that will test you fitness and satisfy your inner athlete.

Traction Control

 

Lets work on that rear end and side panels! The glutes and core are the stability of your entire body. Learn endless ways to enhance and modify your stabilization muscles without crunches! Use TRX suspension, balance boards, sliders and other fun tools to learn different forms of squatting, abdominal exercises, and other glute and core exercises. This is not a boring floor work class!

This class has everything! A butt-kicking workout utilizing your own gody as resistance, incorporating unstable environments, counterbalancing, explosive, isometric and dynamic movements. Using suspension training and bodyweight exercises, this workout will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
