?? and ??:  Feeling stiff, immobile or sluggish? Try this recovery-based class focusing on mobilization of muscles and joints to increase flexibility and relieving chronic muscle and joint stiffness. This workout will also engage your muscles to avoid back, knee and other types of stresses associated with improper movement. Utilizing Power Plate technology, trigger point, myofascial release and range of motion exercises, this is perfect for anyone in pain or trying to avoid injury.
