Classes are all led by Personal Trainers and are a judgment-free zone where the intent is to enjoy a sweat, have fun, and feel great again! All levels are welcome!

NITROUS

Feel like you need a little more boost? Lose those roll bars (love handles) with MPG’s high octane, metabolic cardio-based workout! This this is an adrenaline-filled drag race with pink slips on the line! You will put everything you have into this heart-pumping, workout that includes exercises in short bursts of high intensity interval training (HIIT) from plyometric movements to calisthenics, guaranteeing a long afterburn. If you are looking for an intense challenge, come check it out. This class will get your fuel pumping, horses jumping and rev your engine!

TABATA

Mondays 6:00am & 6:30pm: High intensity tabata style workout tuned up the MPG way. Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) with short breaks in between strength, plyometric and callisthenic exercises. Our Personal Trainers will make sure your form is correct while you build endurance and strength. This workout maximizes fat loss and caloric burn. Give this HIIT approach a try to burn more fat in less time!
