Mondays 6:00am & 6:30pm: High intensity tabata style workout tuned up the MPG way. Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) with short breaks in between strength, plyometric and callisthenic exercises. Our Personal Trainers will make sure your form is correct while you build endurance and strength. This workout maximizes fat loss and caloric burn. Meet Me At The Bar
A fast paced warm up to get the heart rate up and activate a fat burning mode. Following the warm up will be techniques taught and weight moved on the 4 main compound exercises; Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Overhead Press. These 4 exercises are the staple for muscle building and long term metabolism support. The last 15 minutes will be a circuit for accessory work aiding in strength, flexibility, and stability for the following weeks workout.
