Cardiovascular

Weights and Plates

For people of all fitness levels, this kettle bell class will work on strength, coordination, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health by using conventional, power and Olympic movements.
A strength training class focusing on controlled movements and strict form using free weights. You will break down muscle tissue and stimulate hypertrophy (increased muscle growth).
Power movements and Olympic Lifts with a focus on quality not quantity.
Mind and Body

Good luck finding this workout at any other gym! We incorporate functional movement screening (FMS) to ensure proper technique and safety with all movement.
Lets work on that rear end and side panels! The glutes and core are the stability of your entire body. Learn endless ways to enhance and modify your stabilization muscles without crunches!
More than just boxing! This class incorporates a combination of self-defense fundamentals and cardio- providing you with a challenging full body workout.
It is a very high metabolic circuit including functional movement, balance, strength, and cardio.
Strength Training
This class has everything! A butt-kicking workout utilizing your own gody as resistance, incorporating unstable environments, counterbalancing, explosive, isometric and dynamic movements.

The KIDSKORNER at MPG Fitness is a safe, supervised environment for your children to play and discover while you workout.  There are a wide range of toys and crafts to meet the needs of varying gender, age, and interest. We want our members to feel comfortable leaving their children in our play area that’s why MPG is happy to have Ms.Renee taking such great care of your children while you workout. Stop by during KidsKorner hours and meet her. She will be sure to impress you and put your mind at ease so you can concentrate on crushing your fitness goals. If these times do not meet your needs, please let us know!  We also schedule by appointment.

We offer a variety of high quality services, such as small group training and individual sessions, through our experienced personal trainers with an emphasis on both mental and physical well-being. We specialize in lymphatic manipulation and functional training. Functional movement training enables us to analyze specific movement patterns as a means to identify and correct muscular imbalances or weaknesses ensuring the body works at its maximum efficiency. We provide training ranging from joint stability/mobility to sport specific programming. Performed on safe and effective gym equipment, our personal training is of the highest quality. The use of functional movement exercise is a key component of MPG Fitness and makes our training second to none.
